Accessibility information
We want people with different abilities to be able to use our information and send us an enquiry.
What you can do on this website
Heinz Hartmann, trading as Zeltbetriebe H. Hartmann, provides information about tents, equipment and other services. You can prepare a non-binding enquiry. The website does not provide a binding booking, online payment or confirmation of availability.
How an enquiry works
- Choose your project: a celebration or event, industry or storage, or equipment.
- Add details about the location, dates and requirements, along with your contact details. Required fields are marked; additional details are optional.
- Check the summary. Use “Back” to change your details.
- Only “Send enquiry” sends your details to us. The form then displays a status message. We will respond personally.
If the sending status is unclear, use “Check sending status”. This button checks the same enquiry without triggering a second enquiry.
Operation and accessible design
The technical design is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness are the guiding principles.
- Headings, page regions and form fields use structured HTML. Informative images have text alternatives.
- Links and buttons are keyboard-accessible. The keyboard focus is visible. A skip link leads to the main content.
- Text and content adapt to narrow screens. Browser magnification is not blocked.
- The form is divided into steps. Labels, required-field indicators and text error messages support data entry.
- The website offers German, Dutch and English versions with corresponding language declarations.
- The map is optional. Our address remains available as text without Google Maps.
Technical requirements and assessment status
Information and contact details are available as HTML. The multi-step enquiry form, mobile menu and enlarged photo view require JavaScript. Telephone and email are available independently of the form.
As of 9 October 2026. Technical self-assessment covers source code, keyboard navigation, form errors and different viewport widths. A complete assessment of all WCAG criteria with screen readers and physical mobile devices, and the final assessment under the German BFSG, have not yet been completed. This information therefore does not confirm full conformance or establish a statutory exemption.
Report a barrier or request help
